A Family-owned business
Yun Xu is a Chinese-American entrepreneur born in Chongqing, China, is the proud owner of Complete Auto Center. After excelling in Physics at Nanjing University and achieving a Master's degree in Biophysics at Baylor College of Medicine, she discovered her passion for automotive repair.
In 1995, she founded Complete Auto Center, which quickly gained a reputation for comprehensive automotive services. Beyond her successful business, Xu Yun actively shares her automotive knowledge through various media platforms, inspiring others with her resilience and determination. Today, she continues to lead Complete Auto Center with her son, Shan Xu, while contributing to the automotive industry and the community.

Shan Xu is the manager and co-owner of Complete Auto Center, and a born-and-raised Houstonian. He grew up at the shop. You could say it was his first daycare, watching his mother Yun Xu build the business through three decades of hard work and genuine care for every
customer who came through the door. That same passion is what keeps him pushing the shop forward today.
After earning his bachelor's in Economics from the University of Houston, Shan stepped into a leadership role focused on what's next: more efficient systems, modern shop technology, and tighter quality control on every job. He speaks both English and Mandarin, and works closely with the team to make sure customers from across Houston get straightforward answers and reliable service. When he's not at the shop, you'll usually find him wrenching on a project car or finding new ways to sharpen his craft.
